When traveling to Peru, it is helpful to know a few phrases or at least words to help you along, get you where you need to go and find the things that you need.

And by the way, since the Peruvian speak Spanish - these are really the top Spanish phrases!

Greetings

• Hello – Hola!
• How are you? - Cómo está usted?
• Good morning – Buenos días
• Good evening – Buenas tardes
• Cheers – Salud!
• When you are a little drunk already, it's time for a more elaborate "cheers": Arriba, abajo, al centro, para adentro!

Farewells
